Nicole Rutsch

Hi, I’m Nicole — a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer, and founder of Alchemy Sound Studio in New York City.
I have trained and mentored hundreds of students on their healing paths and have served as a founding mentor within a well-known crystal alchemy sound healing certification program. After moving back to New York City, I felt called to create my own in-person Sound Healing trainings, offering a deeply embodied, energetically grounded, and practical approach to working with sound and frequency.
I have been offering Reiki trainings and certifications since 2018, teaching in accordance with the standards of the International Center for Reiki. My approach is rooted in lineage and lived experience, with a strong emphasis on nervous system awareness, energetic safety, and intuitive development. I blend ancient wisdom with modern, trauma-aware practices to support students in building confidence, discernment, and trust in their own healing abilities.
Through my teaching, healing work, and collaborations, I’ve had the opportunity to work with inspiring brand partners, studios, and wellness spaces around the world. Training and mentoring healers as they step into spiritually aligned, sustainable work is at the heart of everything I do, and I am continually inspired by witnessing students reconnect with their inner light and share that medicine in their own unique way.
