We are seeking a passionate and organized Wellness Assistant to join our team and support our mission of empowering individuals on their healing journeys.

Job Description: As a Wellness Assistant, you will play a vital role in streamlining our operations, enhancing customer care, and supporting event organization. You will assist in various administrative tasks while embodying our commitment to wellness and holistic practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Outreach & Follow-Up: Manage email communication with clients and partners, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses to inquiries.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing wellness events, including sound healing sessions and Reiki workshops, by managing logistics and communication.
• Customer Care: Provide excellent customer service via email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Design Support: Utilize Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials, social media graphics, and event flyers.
• Social Media Management: Contribute to our social media presence by creating engaging content and assisting with posts and interactions.
• Email Marketing: Utilize Kajabi to manage email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters and promotional emails.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Canva and a creative eye for design.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies.
• Experience with email marketing, particularly using Kajabi, is preferred.
• A passion for wellness and holistic practices.

Position Details: This is a paid position, and candidates are kindly asked to submit their payment requirements. It is a W9 position. In addition to compensation, this role comes with numerous benefits, including:
